Hey everyone! Today I’m hyping up:The most amazing Indonesian curry I’ve ever had!!!It’s in Arboretum, right next to the Malaysian Hainanese chicken place. My husband and I always get the first curry on the menu (cilantro flavor shines bright 🌿) and the third one, korma (creamy coconut milk curry). We always pick lamb—it’s tender, not gamey, and so satisfying. (He says goat is better, but it’s bone-in with less meat… not enough for us! šŸ˜‹) Other dishes we’ve tried: Curry Naan: It’s on the firmer side. I’m more into soft, fluffy naan, but my husband thinks theirs is incredible—definitely worth ordering. Tandoori Chicken: Marinated in that classic red sauce. Had it ages ago, so details are fuzzy, but it was just ā€œokay.ā€ I’m a crispy fried chicken fanatic, so no reorders for me!šŸššŸ‘Ž Dum Biryani: Lamb fried rice with massive portions—delicious! They pile on the lamb, so we get it again when we’re with a group. Why I’m obsessed:😭 Taste: Insanely rich, bold spices—so fragrant it makes your mouth water. Portions: That ā€œsmallā€ bowl? It’s bottomless! $20 feeds me at least 3 meals (admittedly, I have a tiny bird-like appetite 🐦). They give free bottled ice water—such a nice touch! Spice levels: Customizable! Wimps who love a little kick? Go 3. Spice lovers? Start at 4. (Fair warning: Their spice game is inconsistent—sometimes 3 is mild, sometimes 4 has me sweating and squealing šŸ˜‚.) Vibes: Super clean, and the service is so friendly. If you try it and love it, come back and give me a like—thanks! #CharlotteNC #CharlotteRestaurants #FoodieFinds #UNCC #CharlotteEats #NoMoreFoodDesert
