Charlotte, NC Food | Totally Worth a Try!!! šŸ“

Charlotte’s a food desert? Think again—come check this spot out! I hit this place 2-3 times a week—it’s that good! My faves? Their mala tang, beef short rib pho, fried chicken, and milk tea 🄤. Their mala tang, sushi, and snacks. Mala tang is definitely the star here. They’ve got three options: spicy dry pot, hot pot, and tomato broth (perfect for non-spice lovers like me! šŸ…). The tomato broth is sweet-tangy, rich, and super appetizing—never greasy. But I’m obsessed with the dry pot version—every time, I’m blown away by the bold spicy flavor and top-notch ingredients šŸŒ¶ļø. Drinks! Avocado Peach Smoothie and Strawberry Milk Slush. I asked for less sugar, and the sweetness was just right. I rarely order avocado drinks, but this one? I’m hooked. Creamy, with bits of fresh peach—so refreshing šŸ˜‹. Beef Short Rib Pho. The highlight? Those two massive short ribs—meat lovers, rejoice! 🄩 I always finish the broth and wish I could order another bowl. They also have classic Vietnamese beef pho and beef oxtail pho—authentic and delicious, highly recommend both! I’ve been so many times and tried tons of dishes, but I still haven’t worked through the whole menu. Tons of options, all high quality. The place is clean, bright, and has such a nice vibe—perfect for family, friends, or date nights šŸ‘ØšŸ’‘.
