Charlotte, NC Food | Totally Worth a Try!!! š“
Charlotteās a food desert? Think againācome check this spot out! I hit this place 2-3 times a weekāitās that good! My faves? Their mala tang, beef short rib pho, fried chicken, and milk tea š„¤. Their mala tang, sushi, and snacks. Mala tang is definitely the star here. Theyāve got three options: spicy dry pot, hot pot, and tomato broth (perfect for non-spice lovers like me! š ). The tomato broth is sweet-tangy, rich, and super appetizingānever greasy. But Iām obsessed with the dry pot versionāevery time, Iām blown away by the bold spicy flavor and top-notch ingredients š¶ļø. Drinks! Avocado Peach Smoothie and Strawberry Milk Slush. I asked for less sugar, and the sweetness was just right. I rarely order avocado drinks, but this one? Iām hooked. Creamy, with bits of fresh peachāso refreshing š. Beef Short Rib Pho. The highlight? Those two massive short ribsāmeat lovers, rejoice! š„© I always finish the broth and wish I could order another bowl. They also have classic Vietnamese beef pho and beef oxtail phoāauthentic and delicious, highly recommend both! Iāve been so many times and tried tons of dishes, but I still havenāt worked through the whole menu. Tons of options, all high quality. The place is clean, bright, and has such a nice vibeāperfect for family, friends, or date nights šØš.
