My latest eats in the Queen City—some hits, some misses! 🇻🇳 Vietnamese Pho Showdown Lang Van: Durian milkshake = heaven in a cup 🥤! Creamy, sweet, and packed with real durian flavor. Their pho is solid too—rich broth, tender noodles. Only regret? Forgot to order the grilled quail 😩 (next time, for sure!). Pho Van: Big letdown! The table smelled like dirty rags—total appetite killer 🤢. Tried to get grilled quail to make up for it… nope, they don’t have it. Lang Van wins by a mile! Still need to try the popular Pho Hoa—on my list! 🧁 Tous les Jours (Korean Bakery) There’s one in my go-to Korean market—obsessed with their spinach feta danish! Flaky pastry, savory spinach, tangy feta—grab 4 at a time (no shame) 🥐. Microwave for 10 seconds, and it’s the perfect afternoon snack with coffee ☕. 🥤 Boba Hunt (Charlotte’s scene is sparse!) Boba Baba: Blind-ordered two drinks… weird flavors, not terrible but not good 😐. Maybe other options are better? Gong Cha: Basic, same as everywhere else—nothing special. SipCha: Game-changer! Recommended by Yidingxiang Hot Pot staff—so glad I tried it. Tango Mango is insane—tastes like biting into a fresh mango 🥭. Lychee Jade is amazing too—real lychee (not the fake jelly!) 🍈.
