Charlotteās new Peruvian sandwich spot is fireāran over during lunch break to try it, and Iām obsessed! š„ The line was so long I almost leftā¦ but Iām so glad I stayedāthis might be the best sandwich Iāve ever had in Charlotte! š Got the ChicharrĆ³n Sandwich š„āwaited ~20 mins watching them make it fresh. The bread was crunchy (you could hear the āsnapā when I bit into it! š„). Inside? Crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside pork belly, sweet roasted sweet potato š„, and fried onions. One bite, and I was hookedāso much flavor, so satisfying! āØ The sauce was perfectālight, tangy, and not greasy at all. Only tiny flaw? Itās messy to eat (but worth it, trust me!). The staff speaks Spanish, and the vibe is so coolāminimalist, clean, and perfect for summer brunch š. Canāt wait to come back for dessert!
