Charlotte 🇺🇸 Chinese Food | Buffet Love & Sichuan Letdown 😅

1. Asian Buffet & Grill – MUST-GO for All You Can Eat! 🍽️ Charlotte friends, run to this Chinese buffet—you won’t regret it! 🚨 The restaurant is huge, with a massive variety of dishes—easily the best value I’ve had lately 😍. Crab, shrimp, mussels, crawfish—all fresh and delicious! 🦐 Even had spicy Sichuan-style options (my favorite) and steamed sea bass—so unexpected for a buffet! Their noodle soup? Chef’s kiss 👩🍳! Loaded with ingredients, flavorful broth—so hearty and satisfying. 🕒 Hours: 11:00-21:00💰 Prices:Mon-Fri Lunch: $12.99Mon-Fri Dinner: $16.99Sat-Sun All Day: $22.99 📍 Address: 11032 E Independence Blvd Matthews, NC 28105 2. Chuan Wang Fu (Sichuan Palace) – Disappointing "Sichuan" Fare 😔Tried this spot after seeing it hyped on Xiaohongshu… Service was fast, but the "Sichuan food" was a letdown. Maybe it’s adapted for American tastes, buteven when we asked for extra spicy, everything was bland—even sweet!Kung Pao Chicken: Mediocre, but the sauce was okay. Boiled Intestines & Beef Tripe: So bland we sent it back—still no heat after re-frying 🌶️❌.Braised Pork Belly: Asked for spicy, got sweet… Not bad, but not Sichuan-style 🐷.Home-Style Tofu: Decent, nothing special.Overall, lacked that bold Sichuan kick—left a little disappointed. #WeekendVibes #CharlotteNC #ChineseFood #BuffetLovers #SichuanFood #CharlotteEats #NorthCarolina #FoodieFind #CharlotteTravel #CharlotteFood #LifeInUSA
