What We Ordered: 🐔 Chicken Liver Mousse • Thought it was foie gras at first... nope! Just super creamy chicken liver spread 🤯 • Served with toast points (of course) 🦆 Foie Gras • Actually decent (but hey, we can't get this in California!) • Classic American preparation: rich, buttery, indulgent 🍔 The Famous Burger (Didn't order but everyone around us was eating it) • Looked insanely juicy with that fried egg on top My Honest Thoughts: • This place embodies American cuisine - salty, creamy, and served with pickles to "cut through the richness" • The lady behind me literally said it was the best meal of her life • Meanwhile I was just craving some chili flakes and cumin for that chicken liver 😅 • Never have I appreciated pickles more in my life - they were NEEDED!
