Chicago Restaurant Week at Swift & Sons We ordered the dinner menu and added an extra Beef Wellington. Around us, many white men were wearing Patagonia vests. 🧥 🥩 Beef Wellington The flaky and thick crust encases super-tender steak, paired with mushrooms, foie gras sauce, and spinach. Every bite is delicious! Totally worth it! 😋 🍞 Steak Tartare I love the tangy-sweet combination of raw beef and sauerkraut cream, but the rye toast was a bit dry. 🥪 🥔 Potato Pierogi Crispy cream dumplings? The thin, crispy exterior houses a filling that combines turnip cream and potato. The filling is soft and moist. 🥟 🐔Roasted Chicken Breast The chicken breast was a bit dry, as expected. I’d recommend scallops instead. 🍣 🍰 S&S Chocolate Cake The cake is quite sweet with a rich flavor. The layers of chocolate sauce and cake melt in your mouth. 😍 Overall, the dining experience was great.
