Chicago | How can it be this delicious and affordable?

🌟It's probably the most affordable Michelin-starred restaurant in Chicago, a contemporary American gem hidden in the West Loop. The prix fixe menu is just a little over a hundred dollars, and the wine pairing is as low as $59 per person. 🌟We didn't have high expectations when my friend and I went there for the value, but we were completely blown away! To be honest, we both thought it was more surprising than the Michelin two-star restaurant Ever we visited later. It's much better, more refined, and more creative than average American cuisine, yet it doesn't go to the extreme of seeking novelty and weirdness like some two-star places. It's absolutely worth stopping by after work for a drink and satisfying the average person's taste buds. 🌟The entire dinner consists of four courses, with cheese and caviar as additional options. There are 4–5 choices for each course, giving you a lot of freedom. The range of ingredients is also very broad—you can choose from anything that swims, runs, or flies. If two people share, they can enjoy eight or nine dishes. The meat is tender and delicate, and the sauces are delicious, rich, and a bit novel, making you wonder what the next bite will taste like. The service is incredibly good; if you don't know what to choose, you can definitely ask the waiter for recommendations. 🌟Reservations are also easy to make. The restaurant doesn't spend much on marketing or create an artificial scarcity, so booking is not as competitive as with other one-star Michelin places. Everyone can go whenever they want! #RestaurantShare #MichelinDining #Cuisine
