For our appetizer, we ordered the beef tartare, and let me tell you, it was outstanding ! The texture was incredible, hands down the best beef tartare I’ve had in Chicago. 🥩 Their specialty is steak, and I believe they serve the best Wellington steak in Chicago! The puff pastry is perfectly crisp and flavorful, while the beef inside is tender and succulent. We also tried the Lamb Shank, which was quite chewy. If you’re not a fan of mint or can’t handle the gaminess of lamb, you might want to skip this one. 🐑 All the desserts were way too sweet . They looked great, but the taste just didn’t match up.
