Chicago Field Museum: The Ultimate Destination for Curiosity ๐๏ธ
Field Museum is one of the largest natural history museums in the world, with countless awe-inspiring exhibits ranging from ancient dinosaur fossils to treasures of ancient civilizations. Each gallery feels like a journey through time and space. The T. rex Sue ๐ฆ exhibition left a deep impression on me. The nearly complete skeleton is displayed right in front of you, bringing a strong sense of awe and presence. ๐จโ๐ I opted for the $29 all-access pass (with a discount for Chicago students), which includes three paid exhibitions: Bloodsuckers, Underground, and Ocean. I highly recommend Bloodsuckers๐ฆ, which not only showcases blood-sucking creatures but also includes educational content on the mosquito blood-sucking process and the history of vampires. In addition, these paid exhibitions feature numerous interactive installations for visitors to experience. ๐ฎ In the Chinese Pavilion, the guzheng background music and shadow puppetry transported me back to my home country in an instant. The display of the Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, though small, is truly soul-stirring. ๐ณ The museum's plant specimens are also incredibly diverse, ranging from tropical rainforests to cold polar regions. Each ecosystem is meticulously recreated, reminding us to protect these precious natural resources. ๐ท I took many photos inside the museum, trying to capture these unforgettable moments. Overall, Field Museum is a paradise for curiosity seekers and enthusiasts of history, animals, and plants. You can easily spend a whole day here. ๐ซ Ticket Information: Search for Field Museum on Apple Maps, and it will come up directly. ๐ ฟ๏ธ Parking: Use the museum's own parking lot across the street for $30 per day. #WeekendSolitude #Chicago #MuseumVisit #FieldMuseum #PersonalChargingStation #ChicagoMuseum #ChicagoLife #Museum #Exhibition
