Chicago Michelin | Elske: Nordic-Inspired Elegance 🌟

Today, I’m sharing my experience at Elske, a one-Michelin-star restaurant in Chicago.✨ We chose Elske for its decent price-to-quality ratio, comparable to Boka’s 5-course menu. The set menu on their website is $130 (excluding tax). The flavors of the dishes were actually quite good, though none of them were particularly mind-blowing. 😂 They were solid, but nothing extraordinary. However, the presentation and ambiance were top-notch—I think it’s a great spot for a date! 💕 Compared to Boka, I found Elske’s dishes to be more delicate and refreshing. But my friend and I honestly thought they were just okay. 🤷‍♀️ It might just be a matter of personal taste, so if you’re picky, you might want to consider that. The portions were satisfying for my group of girlfriends, but those with bigger appetites might still feel a bit hungry! (Pro tip: Order extra bread—it’s delicious!) 🥪 Overall Rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑 The space, atmosphere, and price were all very good, but since the food was a bit too ordinary for my taste, the score is a bit lower. I’ll definitely recommend another Korean fine dining place I loved in a future post! Would I Return? 🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑 Maybe if all the other Michelin restaurants I want to try are fully booked. Or if they introduce a new menu that catches my interest. But honestly, I’m not super eager to come back. Per Person: $130+ #ChicagoEats #ChicagoFood #ChicagoMichelin #ChicagoFineDining #Elske #Chicago
