We had some extra time before heading to the Indian church, so we searched for a nearby park to explore—and stumbled upon this gem! The staff kindly reminded us that the park would close in an hour, but the stunning sunset view at the end was absolutely worth it. 🌇 Prado Regional Park embraces the serene Prado Reservoir, where the lake shimmers with gentle waves, and rolling mountains in the distance frame the landscape like a painting. With both water and mountains, the scenery is truly poetic. 🏞️ Winding trails meander through the woods, perfect for leisurely walks or biking. The spacious, grassy picnic areas are ideal for gatherings with family and friends. There’s even an RV park for camping enthusiasts! 🚐 As evening fell, we saw children laughing and running across the lawns near their RVs, the aroma of barbecue drifting lightly in the breeze, blending with the fresh scent of nature. In that moment, the blend of liveliness and tranquility captured the beauty of life and the peace of the outdoors. 💚 The park also features: • Two 18-hole golf courses at El Prado Golf Course ⛳ • An Olympic-style shooting range: Shoot Prado 🔫 • An equestrian center: Prado Park Equestrian Center 🐎 According to the website, Prado Park even has a meeting room that can accommodate up to 80 people—so perfect for hosting parties or receptions! 🎉 PS: We didn’t have time to check out all the facilities this time (some were fenced off, likely for renovations), but we’re already looking forward to visiting again!
