Cincinnati|Cafés & Bakeries ☕🥐

Hey friends who recommended coffee spots — come here for a virtual hug 😘😘😘 This past month I visited several other places you suggested and loved every one ❤️ Bringing you my fresh little reviews in return 😊 🌱 Urbana Cafe They have multiple locations — I visited the one in Pendleton, near downtown. It’s in a well‑maintained, clean area (big plus!) and street parking wasn’t too hard (another plus!). The cafe itself feels quite new, with a really interesting layout — three tiered spaces, each spacious and uniquely decorated. Overall, the vibe is simple, cozy, and very welcoming. Loved it! 🌿 Collective Espresso Located at the outer edge of OTR near Ziegler Park. A small but super warm space. In the morning, sunlight streams across the row of seats 🌅, and through the window you can see a pool where people are swimming and working out — such an energizing atmosphere! Runners and regulars kept popping in for their morning coffee — felt very community‑oriented 🫰. Also, their prices are really reasonable — a great neighborhood spot with lots of heart and value. 🪴 Brown Bear Bakery After grabbing coffee at Collective, I walked straight to this bakery. Arrived around 8:30 AM just as the chocolate croissants came out fresh — still warm in my hands 🥐! Absolutely incredible — crispy, flaky layers that crumble with each bite, filled with dark chocolate (not too sweet). One of the best pastries I’ve had recently — highly recommend 👍. I noticed many people buying their savory pastries too — definitely trying those next time 👀. 🍃 Allez Bakery Yes, still walking — just one more block to another bakery lol. Their focus is clearly on high‑hydration European‑style bread. I took home a sourdough loaf and enjoyed sandwiches all week — so chewy and satisfying ^_^. Also tried their carrot cake 🥕 — slightly on the sweeter side with a mild cinnamon note, but packed with nuts, raisins, and a lovely touch of orange zest 🍊. 🥒 Mom N Em Coffee They have two locations, but both were a bit far for me — so I visited last lol. The Clifton shop is a whole building with plenty of seating indoors and outside. Each little room feels cozy with plants, artwork, and wine‑bottle decor (their Wi‑Fi password is “drink more wine” 😂). Tried a unique ube latte — tasted like taro candy from childhood! Only downside is there’s not much else around to explore, but I’d definitely return for focusing on work or chatting with friends 😊. #Cincinnati #CoffeeLovers #BakeryHopping #CincinnatiEats #LocalSpots #PastryParadise 🧁✨
