Cincinnati Food|OTR Must-Eat: Five on Vine 🍽️✨
Though it opened just last year, Five on Vine has already earned a spot in our OTR top five — we've been back many times! Here’s what we’ve tried: Gracie’s Meatballs – Tomato-based beef meatballs. Tasty, but not the star of the show. Spaghetti & Clams – Squid ink pasta with clams in a rich, buttery sauce. Super flavorful, though it does get a bit rich by the end (butter makes everything better, right? 😂). Sizzling Shrimp & Crab Scampi – Jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Absolutely delicious — my personal favorite! 🦐🦀 New York Strip Steak Frites with Chimichurri Rojo – Perfectly cooked steak paired with zesty chimichurri. 🥩🌿 For dessert, we shared the Hummingbird Cake — moist, lightly sweetened, and topped with frosting and almond slivers. Best enjoyed with friends! 🍰 Portions here are huge — one entrée is more than enough, and smaller appetites might even have leftovers. With drinks and tip, it came to around $50 per person, which feels like great value for fine dining in the area. We’ve tried about half the menu so far, and while not every dish is a standout, we haven’t had a single miss.
