Cincinnati Food | Eurasia's Samsa & Lamb Plov đ„đ„
Tucked away in a Loveland plaza, this spot is a hidden gemâevery customer is Central Asian, chatting in languages I canât understand, and thatâs how you know itâs authentic! Iâve already been back three times in three days⊠itâs that good. Samsa (Baked Buns) đ„ â $4 each, fresh from the clay oven. When theyâre just out, the aroma is incredible! Stuffed with seasoned lamb and onions, the wrapper isnât the hard type I had in Southern Xinjiangâitâs more like a flaky, scallion pancake-style crust. So satisfying! Osh (Lamb Plov) đ â Absolute perfection! Tender, fatty lamb with no gaminess, served over fragrant rice cooked with carrots and spices. Way better than my homemade version and any other plov Iâve tried in the U.S. Lagman đ â A tangy, savory noodle soup. A bit too salty for my taste, but the flavors are still rich and comforting. We also tried the Lamb Kebab and Cheburekâsolid, but they didnât stand out like the samsa and plov. If youâre in Cincinnati and crave hearty, flavorful Central Asian fare, this place is a must-visit. Just be sure to time your visit for fresh-from-the-oven samsa! đâš #Cincinnati #CincinnatiEats #CentralAsianFood #Plov #Samsa #UzbekCuisine #HiddenGem #FoodieHeaven
