Cincinnati Food | Eurasia's Samsa & Lamb Plov š„š„
Tucked away in a Loveland plaza, this spot is a hidden gemāevery customer is Central Asian, chatting in languages I canāt understand, and thatās how you know itās authentic! Iāve already been back three times in three days⦠itās that good. Samsa (Baked Buns) š„ ā $4 each, fresh from the clay oven. When theyāre just out, the aroma is incredible! Stuffed with seasoned lamb and onions, the wrapper isnāt the hard type I had in Southern Xinjiangāitās more like a flaky, scallion pancake-style crust. So satisfying! Osh (Lamb Plov) š ā Absolute perfection! Tender, fatty lamb with no gaminess, served over fragrant rice cooked with carrots and spices. Way better than my homemade version and any other plov Iāve tried in the U.S. Lagman š ā A tangy, savory noodle soup. A bit too salty for my taste, but the flavors are still rich and comforting. We also tried the Lamb Kebab and Cheburekāsolid, but they didnāt stand out like the samsa and plov. If youāre in Cincinnati and crave hearty, flavorful Central Asian fare, this place is a must-visit. Just be sure to time your visit for fresh-from-the-oven samsa! šāØ #Cincinnati #CincinnatiEats #CentralAsianFood #Plov #Samsa #UzbekCuisine #HiddenGem #FoodieHeaven
