Cincinnati Food Exploration | Revolving Sushi at Kawa Revolving Sushi

No Valentine’s Day reservation this year, but we really wanted sushi 🍣, so we tried this newly opened revolving sushi spot. They don’t take reservations—it’s first come, first served. We arrived around 6:30 PM on Valentine’s Day and waited about 20 minutes. My friend mentioned they waited over 40 minutes on a Friday, so be prepared for a potential wait! ⏳ Didn’t take many photos because we were busy eating 😂 We ended up finishing 22 plates between the two of us—definitely on the heavier side, but we were hungry! Each plate costs $3.25, and you can also order appetizers, sashimi, ramen, etc. Our favorite of the night was the mayo salmon 🍣—the salmon was lightly torched, releasing its rich oils, and paired with mayo for a double dose of richness. While the variety isn’t huge, the high customer turnover ensures freshness. They even had a raffle event that night! 🎟️ Personally, I love the revolving sushi experience and will definitely be back.
