😟 Cincinnati Food Review|Not Recommended

When I saw the 4.8-star rating, I was super excited to try this place! Based on the restaurant’s appearance and Google description, I expected a fine dining experience—but it was far from it. Artemis Mediterranean Bistro 📍 7791 Cooper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242 The ambiance was cozy and comfortable, though parking was limited. The owner (likely Turkish?) ran it like a casual family restaurant, and the service was just okay. Now for the big red flag… 🚩 I found a piece of bent wire in my lamb dish! 😳 Yes, you read that right—a metal hook hidden in the food. When we told the owner, he just nodded casually, said “Oh sorry sorry,” and took the plate away. They replaced the dish and didn’t charge us for it, but the whole situation was still shocking and unprofessional. Pistachio Baklava was passable—not freshly made as I’d hoped, but still better than Costco’s boxed version. As for the other dishes? They were so forgettably average that I’m writing this review 3 weeks later and can’t remember a single flavor. 😅 To make things weirder, when we were paying the bill, the owner tried to sell us a phone plan to “save money”… 😂😂😂 I was speechless. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The food was mediocre, the wire incident was unacceptable, and the random sales pitch was just awkward. If anyone has had better experiences or can recommend other good dishes here, let me know in the comments! But for now—I’m skipping this one. 👎 #CincinnatiFood #CincinnatiEats #RestaurantReview #SkipThis #FoodFail #CincinnatiLife #FoodieWarning #TurkishCuisine 🚫🍖
