Coffee Cupping | Noble Coyote Coffee

✨Noble Coyote Coffee is one of the few specialty coffee shops in Dallas, and I've recommended it before. This time, I attended their monthly cupping event, which is essentially an educational activity about specialty coffee. The event lasted an hour, starting with an introduction to the history of coffee and the differences between commercial and specialty coffee. 🔥The explanations were quite basic, as many attendees were new to specialty coffee (or had tried it before but didn't know much about it). Before the cupping began, the host explained the rules, but some guests still ignored them and stirred the coffee grounds on their own (fortunately, not at our table). If you go with a friend, you can discuss your impressions with each other, or engage in interesting conversations with fellow attendees. ✨If you're interested in cupping, I recommend signing up. The cost is reasonable, and I think the main goal is to educate consumers about specialty coffee. It's definitely worth learning about. By the way, there's a Dallas Coffee Festival this Saturday. Maybe I'll see some of you there! #DallasCoffeeShop #CoffeeProfessionals #TheEndOfTheWorldIsAGoodCupOfCoffee #CoffeeExtraction
