This out-of-the-way coffee shop offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for savoring a cup of some of the best coffee in town. The coffee itself is simply divine. Each cup is meticulously crafted with the finest beans, creating a flavor that is rich, bold, and unforgettable. The aroma alone is enough to tantalize the senses and leave you craving for more. The baristas here are friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different blends and brewing methods to customers. However, this experience comes at a cost. I stopped in on a whim because it happened to be in proximity to where I dropped someone off. The coziness to the cafe is immediate upon entering. It’s small inside and there’s one main communal it’s table for sitting as well as a three or four window seats. An open doorway leads directly to the roaster. This also happens to be the space you have to walk through to get to the bathroom. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I think I saw someone doing yoga? Not entirely sure 😄 but they were just chilling and chatting up the barista.

I ordered the espresso tonic and loved it! I’ve had espresso tonic in the past but I didn’t realize that they pre mixed it for me. Having it poured into a snifter elevated the experience, especially once I began stirring. There is a danger of coffee explosion but the risk makes it...

Extraordinary. I visit a lot of coffee shops and roasters when I travel and Noble Coyote stands out amongst the hundreds of shops I’ve checked out across the country. Cool shop with the roasters right in view from the counter, a very down to earth and personable staff that knows their stuff, and an incredible espresso shot. Drinking Barking Dog as we speak now that I’m home from my travels. Next time I’m in Dallas, this will be my go to and I look forward to hopefully attending a cupping event as well.
