Osaka's📍 2460 Canyon Blvd Suite , Boulder, CO 80302 📷 Ramen The Spicy Miso Ramen is my favorite—it's relatively mild in flavor, but be sure to request "less salty." The other three ramen varieties have a rich, thick broth that can be overly heavy and salty. 🍝 Unagi Don (UNAJYU) This is the best eel rice bowl I've had in Colorado so far. The eel is crispy, and the sauce soaks into the rice, making it incredibly delicious. 💐 Pork Cutlet (TONKATSU) : The cutlet is thick with a crispy coating, and the meat remains juicy without drying out. However, it's best eaten quickly as the crispy crust tends to soften. 💥 Agedashi Tofu : A standard and ordinary dish—soft tofu served with traditional Japanese sauce. It’s on par with the average Agedashi Tofu found at most Japanese restaurants in Colorado. ⭐ Sashimi : The fish is very fresh, sliced into large, thin pieces, and the texture is firm and satisfying.
