| I can’t believe I never went during my three years of undergrad — missed out on a gem! | Went in the evening — every seat was packed. Business is booming! 🤯 🍣 Sushi We ordered sushi à la carte — feels better with rice; sashimi alone is a bit too light. We tried sweet shrimp, eel, tobiko, and tamago — all super delicious! Every piece had great texture — light, fresh, and subtly sweet. Loved it! 🍤 Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura HUGE portion! ❕ I’m a huge fan of sweet potato and mushroom tempura — so good! 🍲 Sukiyaki The meat comes almost fully cooked, and it doesn’t get too salty even toward the end. Enoki mushrooms, napa cabbage, and glass noodles soak up all the savory broth perfectly.
