Columbus Amazing Work | A Flavorful Surprise! π²β¨
Big thanks to my amazing bestie for treating me to a meal at Amazing Work! (Not sure about the Chinese name β some call it Black Swan π¦’, others call it Chef Ma π§βπ³). Hereβs what we tried: π· "Big Hand Holding Little Hand" β Braised pork knuckle and chicken feet. The chicken feet were super flavorful and tender! π The pork knuckle was a bit tough though. π₯ Tofu Skin & Spareribs: The tofu skin was delicious β fragrant and savory. Tasted like it was braised in the same tasty, slightly spicy broth as the chicken feet. Yum! π Beef Rice Noodles: Okay, this one was a letdown π The noodles didnβt look appealing, and we barely touched them. πΆοΈ Mao Xue Wang (Blood & Tripe Stew): So good! The blood curd was tender and silky. Note: Their version doesnβt include large intestine β but everything else was on point! Overall, a delicious experience!
