Columbus Don Pocha Korean BBQ Review šš„
The steamed egg was just okayānothing special, and the bottom layer stuck to the stone pot tasted a bit bitter. The cold noodles in beef broth seemed modifiedānot the classic sweet and sour style, but more salty with a hint of acidity. It was actually pretty tasty once I stopped expecting traditional cold noodles! š We ordered the BBQ Pork & Beef Combo, and the portion was generousāmore than enough for two! We couldnāt finish and ended up taking leftovers home. The combo also included some veggies. Extra BBQ orders come with side dishes and a vegetable salad, so we felt the veggie volume was sufficient. Highlights: š Pork Belly ā Crispy and golden when grilled, so delicious! š Pork Shoulder ā Also very tasty. š Beef Brisket ā Marinated and flavorful, though the sauce kept burning onto the grill. We even asked for a grill change because it got too blackenedāa little awkward, but the staff handled it well. š¬ Overall, a solid experience! The only downsides: ā³ Waiting time for both the grilled meat and the bill felt a bit long. š„¬ No complimentary lettuce wraps to balance the richnessāby the end, we were feeling pretty heavy! #FoodReview #KoreanBBQ #ColumbusEats #ColumbusFoodie #DonPocha #BBQTime
