Nicola Restaurant & Bar 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tried Italian here for the first time! 🍝 Saw many on Reddit saying it’s super authentic, and it definitely surprised me in a good way! Walked in for dinner without waiting. The beef carpaccio with cheese, arugula, and truffle oilβ€”how could it not be amazing? 😍 The Fungi pasta with mushrooms and truffle in wide noodles was absolutely heavenly~ And the classic Fettuccini with meat sauce (bottom left) never disappoints! The lobster risotto was a tad rich though. P3 Brassato (braised beef ribs & potato gnocchi) had super flavorful meat, but the gnocchi was a bit sticky. Maybe next time I’ll ask for softer pasta! Emmett’s CafΓ© 🌟🌟🌟 Two branches on High St. The wagyu burger (top left) was just okay, but the classic breakfast burrito (bottom right) was packed with ingredients! The vibe here is nice though. β˜• Joya’s 🌟🌟🌟✨ No wonder it’s a long-time favorite! The Egg Toast-In-A-Box was overflowing with toppings, and the salad sauce balanced everything perfectly. The Not Pad Thai (bottom left) had an amazing sweet-salty fusion, and Joya’s Fried Rice (right) was full of wok hei! Deducting points because both mains were a bit heavy and oily. πŸ₯’ Paik’s Noodle 🌟🌟🌟🌟 A hidden gem of a Korean spot! The owner was super friendly. The sweet and sour pork had generous portionsβ€”not dry or greasy at all! The seafood noodles had great texture but were a bit spicy. The black bean noodles got a big thumbs-up from my friend! The place is semi-self-service (side dishes and utensils are self-serve), and the性价比 is highβ€”only $20-30 per person. 🍜 Pistachio Vera 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An old favorite! But why was the classic pistachio latte not available in late August? 😒 Luckily, I discovered the limited Blueberry Lemon Taro Latte. It sounds unusual, but the first sip was a surprise! Subtle taro and blueberry notes, followed by a refreshing lemon aroma. Definitely worth trying! πŸ’œ Fox in the Snow 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Egg sandwichβ€”always a must-order! πŸ₯ͺ Though the matcha latte was a bit too sweet for me. Slurping Turtle 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My absolute faveβ€”DFFC MISO Ramen! Spicy broth, juicy fried chicken, bean sprouts, and a soft-boiled egg… SO GOOD! 🍜πŸ”₯ #Foodie #ColumbusEats #ItalianFood #KoreanFood #Brunch #CoffeeLover #HiddenGems
