It’s a nationwide chain — honestly feels more about the experience than the food. With tip, it came to about $65 per person. Fish quality was hit or miss. We two ate 27 plates of sushi (~$3.40 each), one ramen bowl ($11), and one dessert ($6). You grab the sushi yourself from the conveyor belt, while ramen and dessert are ordered from the touchscreen. The uni (sea urchin) sushi was pretty mediocre — kind of bitter and fishy 😬. But the seared/flamed sushi was decent! The ramen was just okay — dessert mochi was nice though. When it first opened, lines were crazy — now it’s better.
