🥩Dining Experience/Flavors The tasting menu changes with the seasons, and this summer's Thai-inspired theme perfectly complements the hot weather with its refreshing flavors. 🥨Pre-meal Snacks: From nearest to farthest: green curry zucchini, fried fish bones, and fried shrimp chips. 🧀The green curry has a light aroma with a subtle curry flavor, served on a crispy cracker—very fragrant. The fried fish bones paired with Thai sweet chili powder are refreshing. 🍺The fried shrimp chips are familiar to many, topped with their special sweet and sour sauce mixed with peanut butter. Those who don’t like sweet flavors might find it a bit heavy. 🍹Entrée: Made with black tiger shrimp, this dish features lightly poached shrimp minced and mixed into a salad, served with Thai red pepper rings. 🍧Those sensitive to spice should try it in small bites. This was our favorite dish of the evening! Crab Fried Noodles: Served with some crispy seasoned snacks, the flavor is on the salty side, with nothing particularly standout. 🍝Red Snapper with Homemade Coconut Cream Sauce.
