Conquering Los Angeles Golf Courses: Harding Golf Course
Length: 18 holes; Par 72; 6,714 yards 🌳Environment: This is the second course to check out near the famous LA landmark, the Observatory. The entire course is uniquely situated, with the Observatory to the south and the Zoo to the north, offering a resort-like geographic location. ⛳️Sitting between Hollywood and Glendale, it’s also a very convenient course to access. Being in the heart of the city, it often hosts various external club-testing events and golf activities on an irregular basis. 🚜For a beginner like me, the overall layout and the structure of the greens are fairly standard, making it a great place to practice a full 18 holes. There aren’t any exceptionally narrow or overly challenging parts, and the fairways are mostly clear, making it easy to find your ball. 🌿There aren’t many water hazards, except for one mini lake in the background that reminded me of Babe. Not too many trees either, which made for a smooth and enjoyable round. The value for money is excellent. The only downside is that you need to book your tee time several days in advance. 🏌️♂️Greens/Sand Traps: The greens are standard, with a slower speed. There don’t seem to be many sand traps, but the sand is soft and compact. Difficulty Level: 5.5/10. Recommendation: 7.5/10. #GolfCourse #GolfLife #Golfer #LittleWhiteBallSecrets
