Drove 6 hours from Dallas to reach the coastal city of Corpus Christi! 🚗💨 The kids loved the aquarium here — way better than the one in Dallas 🐠❤️. Cole Park is a nice area — great for families with playgrounds, and we recommend staying nearby. The seafood is delicious 😋🦞, and you can even drive right onto the beach! 🚙🏝️ Loved seeing everyone parked by the water grilling, chilling, and fishing 🎣🍖. The sand is a bit coarse — not as soft as Cancun or Florida beaches — but if you’re in Texas and don’t want to go too far, it’s a budget-friendly option! 💰👍 🦀 Food Recommendations: ❤️ Surfing Crab Highly recommend the shrimp and snow crab — so tasty! 👌🍤 📍 5057 S Padre Island Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78411 ❤️ Water Street Oyster Bar Known as one of the top local spots — be prepared to wait in line!
