Corrida: A Perfect Experience at a Rooftop Steakhouse

🔥This restaurant is located on the top floor of a high-rise building in Boulder, offering panoramic views of the entire Flatirons. 🔥We reserved a window seat two weeks in advance and arrived at dusk, just in time to watch the sunset. It's a place for special occasions, primarily serving Spanish cuisine and drinks. 🍪The Spanish tapas are excellent. They also offer paella (which we didn't try), but we preferred the outdoor seating and the view during summer. 🍪 The space itself is lovely—very modern yet cozy, with stunning views of the Flatirons and the sunset, especially from the spacious rooftop terrace (Corrida is on the fourth floor, right in the heart of downtown). 🍄 Even the chairs are comfortable, which is rare for restaurant seating.
