Recently discovered Eat’s Sushi in Costa Mesa — high-quality Japanese food at super friendly prices 💰 Nice atmosphere, open kitchen so you can watch the chefs work. For appetizers, followed online recs: salmon blue crab and fried soft shell crab — both delicious! The salmon roll was packed with crab meat, paired with their special sauce that cuts through the salmon’s richness — refreshing! Soft shell crab was perfectly fried — golden, crispy, tender inside, no fishiness — addictive! Sushi variety is great, all under $10 💥 Highly recommend sweet shrimp and uni nigiri! Sweet shrimp soft and sweet, super satisfying — and it comes with fried shrimp head (with tomalley) — so fragrant! Uni nigiri is generous — multiple layers of uni, fresh and sweet — feels like the owner doesn’t hold back! Also tried hand rolls and sashimi — all solid. Too lazy to detail everything, but no misses!
