🌊 Crabbing Fun at Galveston! 🦀

Took a road trip from Houston to Galveston and hopped on the free Galveston-Bolivar Ferry to Bolivar Peninsula! ⛴️ Bring some bread to feed the seagulls on the ferry — and we were lucky enough to spot a few dolphins swimming alongside! 🐬💙 Drove about 30 minutes to North Jetty — a popular spot for catching blue crabs! 🦀 We stayed from 11 AM to 5 PM. All you need are: A few sticks 📏 Some rope 🪢 6 chicken legs 🍗 A net 🕸️ Even kids can join in — it’s that easy and fun! 👧👦 The wind can get pretty strong 💨, and the rocky jetty requires a bit of caution, but it’s still a great family-friendly activity. Pro tip: ☀️ Go on a sunny day for the best experience! ⏰ The ferry is free, but it can get busy on holidays — try to start early to avoid crowds.
