Thanks to the lovely owner’s invitation, I finally got to try Cross Noodle – and it did not disappoint! πŸ₯³ Currently in their soft opening (Nov 10–15, 2 PM–9 PM) in Alpharetta, this spot is serving up authentic Guilin rice noodles, Vietnamese pho, and more in a cozy and clean setting. 🍽️ What We Tried & Loved Guilin Rice Noodles The star of the show! Tossed with house-pickled sour beans, savory braised sauce, and crispy fried soybeans – every bite was balanced, tangy, and deeply satisfying. The noodles had the perfect chew πŸ˜‹πŸ‘Œ. Vietnamese Pho (Combo Version) A clear, gentle bone broth that wasn’t overly salty – you could tell it was simmered with care. No MSG-heavy aftereffects! Hue-Style Spicy Noodle Soup Rich and aromatic broth loaded with tender meat and fresh shrimp – a hearty bowl of comfort. Appetizers: Orange Chicken Salad, Wasabi Cucumber, Fried Spring Rolls The Orange Chicken Salad was a standout!
