Over Thanksgiving break, I explored the beautiful state of Arizona — spending a full week traveling through Sedona, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tucson. I’m excited to share my food adventures, starting with this incredible Italian gem in Sedona! 📍 Dahl & Di Luca Ristorante An upscale Italian restaurant in Sedona — owned by the same team behind Mariposa. Cozy, elegant, and serving absolutely delicious Italian dishes. 💰 Around $70 per person — fine dining prices, but every bite is worth it! 🌟 The ambiance takes you straight to Europe with its vintage decor, soft traditional music, and intimate lighting. Perfect for a romantic night or a special treat. 📌 Extremely popular — reservations via OpenTable are a must! We ordered a one-person tasting menu plus one main course — perfect for two people. Great way to try more dishes without overordering! Here’s what we loved: ❤️ Caprese D’amore: Roasted mushrooms with tomato and mozzarella — juicy, flavorful, and a refreshing starter. ❤️ Arancini: Freshly fried risotto balls stuffed with peas and pepper, served with tomato sauce — crispy outside, creamy inside! ❤️ Ravioli Romano: Large mushroom-filled ravioli in a rich, earthy sauce — absolutely divine. ❤️ Vitello Piccata: Incredibly tender veal that melts in your mouth, served with orzo and grilled green beans. ❤️ Seafood Cioppino: A generous pasta loaded with fresh seafood. We chose white wine sauce — aromatic, light, and deeply satisfying. 🍰 Tiramisu: A must-order! Light, coffee-infused, with a hint of rum — one of the best we’ve ever had. 💫 Overall, this is easily one of the top Italian restaurants I’ve tried in the U.S. Every dish, though seemingly simple, was executed perfectly. A delicious surprise in the heart of Sedona! Highly recommend.
