Dahl & Di Luca Ristorante Italiano in Sedona – 5.5/10 😅
We tried this highly-recommended Italian restaurant in Sedona today. Reservation and dress code are required. 🍞 Complimentary Bread Soft with a slightly floury surface, served with garlic and basil-infused olive oil. Not bad. 🦐 Warm Seafood Bruschetta Focaccia topped with small shrimp and chopped scallops. The seafood itself was okay with parsley(?), but the dish was overly salty. The bread was soaked and had a weird texture… 🍝 Aragosta Fra Diavolo Lobster pasta with thick, al dente noodles. The sauce was slightly sweet with a nice hint of garlic oil and parsley. The lobster was super fresh and bouncy — BUT it was extremely salty 😫. My friend drank bottles of water after and is now hugging the toilet 🥹. 🍲 Lisa's Luscious Lasagna Very ordinary lasagna — no crispy edges, nothing special. It’s probably on the menu cover just because the plate has the restaurant’s name on it. 🐟 Salmone Al Limoncello The only dish we liked! tender salmon with a sweet glaze, served with huge soft asparagus. The lemon-like sauce balanced the richness well. 🐑 Agnello (Lamb Chop) The biggest disappointment 😵. Small portion — three pieces but less than 400g. The meat was badly charred 🍖🔥, especially near the bone and the back. Bitter and uneatable. The meat itself had no gaminess, but the cooking was a total fail. Final Thoughts: A mixed experience with some major misses — especially on seasoning and grilling. Maybe order carefully! #SedonaEats #ItalianFood #SedonaRestaurants #FoodReview #ArizonaFood #TravelFood #SedonaGuide #FoodFail #FineDining #SedonaMustTry
