Dallas, How Are You So Delicious!
I’ve been eating in Houston and Dallas for four days, and the food is absolutely incredible. 🦆 Bamboo House The duck skin is crispy and rich without being greasy. Although someone said it’s not quite as good as New York’s Juqi, the price is only half! 🫑Their soups are also amazing—I had six bowls of the bamboo shoot soup and the complimentary duck bone broth. 🍢 Tei Tei Robata Bar An atmospheric Japanese skewer bar. Our large group even managed to book a tatami seating area with a great ceremonial vibe. 🥕Recommended dishes: fried chicken, fried shrimp, saikyo-yaki (sweet miso grill), pork cheek, roasted sweet potato (thin and sweet), and the tempura is also excellent. 🍚 Shanghai Alley A newly opened Shanghai-style restaurant specializing in local snacks. Their pan-fried pork buns, soup dumplings, and Shanghai-style vegetable rice are fragrant and tasty. 🍷The scallion oil chicken and vegetarian goose were just okay. 🍦 Botolino Gelato Artigianale If you go to Dallas, you must not miss their pistachio cake. Smooth and rich pistachio gelato, paired with raspberry sauce and rose sponge cake—sheer perfection. #DallasFood #DallasTravel #Food
