Dallas: Boba Tea & Flavor of Asia
I had seen this place in Hurst recommended by others and made a special trip, only to find it packed last time. After waiting for a long time without getting a seat, I left. Today, passing by on my way from Fort Worth and probably because it was after mealtime, I missed the crowd and was quickly seated, ordered, and had my food served. My partner and I couldn't resist ordering five dishes! Except for the "ants climbing a tree," everything else was delicious! The portions were also large; I guess we could have two more meals with the leftovers we took home. ๐ Sweet and Sour Pork: Highly recommended! The batter is just right, crispy, and the sweet and sour balance is perfect. ๐ Beijing-style Meat Pancakes: When freshly out of the pan, they are so crispy that they crumble. One piece per person is enough to feel full. I wonder if reheating the leftovers in an air fryer at home will still be this good. ๐ Sauerkraut Beef Hot Pot: Not too sour, the soup is just right to drink. ๐ Fried Tofu with Pepper Salt: It's also quite good, but maybe because the other dishes are more flavorful, this one feels a bit bland in comparison. ๐ Ants Climbing a Tree: It's not quite like what I remember eating when I was a child. It seems like the version I had before had less sauce.๐ Boba Tea & Flavor of Asia 737 Grapevine Hwy, Hurst, TX 76054 #Dallas #DallasFoodie #DallasExploration #WhatToEat
