Dallas: Hawaii Poke & Boba & Chinese Food đŸ”„

Ever since my favorite Sichuan restaurant changed ownership, my Chinese palate has been on a relentless search for a chef who can save me. A friend recommended a place with authentic flavors, so I rushed over without delay! I almost missed it due to the name, but it’s actually a legit Sichuan restaurant. The space is small but spotless, and the chefs speak authentic Sichuan dialect—definitely the real deal! ⭐ Baked Fish: The owner said their most popular dishes are baked fish and bullfrog. I ordered the spicy baked fish, and it was a huge portion! The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with lots of authentic-tasting ingredients. ⭐ Stir-Fried Crispy Bones: I’ve never seen this dish in Dallas before, and it’s incredibly delicious—full of home-cooked flavor and perfect with rice. ⭐ Pickled Cucumber Skin: This is a labor-intensive dish, tangy and sweet, perfect for summer and very appetizing. The foreigners at the next table kept asking me what it was. ⭐ Salted Egg Yolk Corn: Strongly recommended by the owner, the crispy corn kernels coated in salted egg yolk are super fragrant! Even my husband, who usually doesn’t like salted egg yolk, said it was delicious. You have to try it! 🎉The owner mentioned they’re planning to switch to serving only Chinese food and are even changing the name. If they keep this level of quality, they’re sure to become popular. I’m looking forward to them opening a branch in Plano! Hawaii Poke & Boba & Chinese Food 8004 Denton Hwy #150, Watauga, TX 76148 #ThisTemplateIsSomethingElse #WorthRecordingThisMoment #NorthAmerica
