Dallas|Authentic Spanish-Style 🇪🇸 Tapas Bar
🍕Visited the popular Barcelona Wine Bar 🍷 🍷I didn’t have high expectations for this tapas restaurant at first—having spent a year in Spain, I’d had my fair share of paella and small plates and found them just okay. 🥣The U.S., true to its reputation as a melting pot, has authentically recreated Spanish flavors here! The restaurant’s decor and menu instantly transported me back to Europe. 🥨 We ordered some classics: tortilla de patatas (potato omelette), paella, and a ham and cheese platter—all very similar to what I’d enjoyed in Spain! 🍹 The drink menu is extensive, with flights available to sample three different wines. But when at a Spanish restaurant, the must-try is definitely sangria. It tasted great, though I was a bit disappointed by the lack of fruit chunks. ❤️ Recommended dishes:Truffled bikini: truffle grilled cheese sandwich 🥪 Patatas bravas: fried potatoes with spicy sauce 🧀Potato tortilla: classic Spanish omelette. White sangria: refreshing fruit wine 🍹Paella salvaje: seafood paella with Spanish chorizo 📍 Barcelona Wine Bar 5016 Miller Ave, Dallas, TX 75206 #DallasFood #DallasWineBar #SpanishVibes
