Dallas | 7 Must-Eat List Before Leaving | Today is Pork Knuckle Rice!
💖First of all, I have to say that this is my personal must-eat list, which is highly subjective! For your reference only! It's another day of having meals with colleagues, and today we're having Thai food! ⭐️There are two dishes I always order here: one is the O2 - Five - Spice Pork Knuckle Rice (Figure 1) and the other is the O1 - Basil Pork Minced Rice (Figure 3). Both are great with rice! The Five - Spice Pork Knuckle Rice is suitable for those who don't like spicy food. If you can handle spicy food, give the minced meat rice a try and choose the spiciness level you can accept. It's really refreshing! 🌹As for soup, we ordered Tom Yum kung (Figure 1) today, which is the Tom Yum soup with shrimp. I've tried all the soups on this restaurant's menu! They are all delicious! You can order any of them without any risk of disappointment! ✨For appetizers, we had the papaya salad plate. We ordered the Lao style today, but you can also choose the Thai style, which is quite different! If you're not used to it, the Lao style might taste a bit fishy because it contains small shrimp and crabs, giving it a shrimp - paste - like flavor. The Thai style, on the other hand, is more sweet, sour and fragrant with the addition of peanuts. This plate also includes crispy pork belly, chicken skin, and fried shrimp! The portion is really generous! Usually, we would also order the chicken wings here, which are sweet and spicy, crispy and delicious! #Dallas #Dallas life #Dallas food #dallas
