Dallas | A Little Gem for Pho Lovers
đLocated in Fairview, this is a family-owned restaurant. Every time I visit, itâs packed with customers. The space is small but very clean and refreshing. The tables are wiped spotless between customers, which is better than many similar small restaurants in the U.S. â¤ď¸The uncle always orders the Combination Pho, which is a large bowl of delicious broth. Itâs even more flavorful when dipped in Sriracha sauce. The spicy beef pho is one of the better ones Iâve had in Dallas. đThe Pad Thai has a particularly large portionâone person might find it a bit too filling. Both the beef and shrimp/chicken versions are good. However, it doesnât quite resemble traditional Pad Thai; itâs more like a spicy version of stir-fried noodles with beef. The Bahn Mi and Vietnamese spring rolls taste similar to those at Pho Bacâtheyâre all delicious. 1ď¸âŁ Beef Noodle Soup (Pho) A light and refreshing broth with slices of beef and vegetables. Itâs a must-order every time. You can choose the type of meat according to your preference. Small: $8.95 Large: $9.95 Extra Large: $11.95 2ď¸âŁ Vermicelli (Bun) Cold rice noodles served with grilled meat and a pungent fish sauce dressing. This is my go-to dish in the summer. The fish sauce is served separately, so you can skip it if youâre not a fan of the strong smell, but it really adds a lot of flavor and character. I usually go for the grilled pork with shrimp. #DallasFood #Pho #PhoCrystal #VietnameseNoodles #DallasVietnameseRestaurant #PadThai
