Dallas | BBQ is Definitely Best in Texas 😍

I used to be content with eating at Texas Roadhouse all the time in Boston, but I think their pre-meal bread is even better than the meat. Since I've come to Texas, I definitely have to try some authentic Texas BBQ. 🍗I went to the very famous 🍴 Hutchins BBQ. As expected, there was a long line on a weekend evening. Thinking it was my first time, I decided to wait in line for a sit-down meal. After waiting for about half an hour, I found out that it's like a cafeteria-style dining experience: you select your food, line up to get it, check out, and then find a seat yourself. It's quite interesting. 🍣When you get close to the entrance, the guy will even cut some meat for you to taste. He seemed really hot (like he was just over it). 🥩Having read some tips in advance, I ordered the Brisket half half. The guy looked at us with an expression like, "You guys really know what you're doing." We were also lucky to get Beef Rib and Texas Twinkle during the peak hours!
