The acidity of the sauce is just right, complementing the flavor of the eggplant without overpowering it. 𧑠100 Layer Lasagna alla Sunday This has to be the best lasagna I've ever had. While lasagna flavors are generally similar, this one is quite addictive. Perhaps it's because the pasta is handmade, giving it a great texture. The ratio of meat sauce to tomato sauce is spot on. The portion is quite large; usually, two people can share one. 𧑠Fettuccine al Ragu di Funghi This is another pasta dish with a red sauce base, but the tomato flavor is not as strong as in the lasagna. Instead, the aroma of mushrooms takes center stage. The dish includes various types of mushrooms, making it a great choice for mushroom lovers.
