Turns out, it’s part of Japan’s Sasala Group, which runs a variety of restaurants back in Japan — from ramen shops to robatayaki grills. In the U.S., it’s a small chain with its first location in San Francisco, followed by Los Angeles and now Dallas! 🍜 What We Ordered Sukiyaki Ramen with Broth 🥘 Priced at $20, but totally worth it! A rich, savory bowl with tender beef, noodles, and added spinach — a perfect complement to the flavorful soup. Takoyaki (Octopus Balls) 🐙 Crispy outside, soft inside — just like the ones you’d find in Osaka! Spicy Miso Ramen 🌶️ The broth was delicious, but the portion felt a bit small — not enough noodles or meat to satisfy completely. Spicy Pork Bowl 🐖 A tasty side — great for sharing or if you’re extra hungry! 🌾 Health-Conscious & Diverse Menu All their noodles are made from wheat, offering a wholesome alternative for health-minded diners. They also serve: Cold and tossed noodle options Bento boxes Curry with katsu 🍛 And their famous Clam Ramen (highly recommended by SF friends for its light, sweet broth!) 🍦 Free Soft Serve — Just Review Them!
