Dallas | Sushi Sake🍣🍱

🌟A well-known, long-standing restaurant in Dallas. Their toro sashimi is absolutely delicious! 💯Today, I want to talk about a veteran sushi place in Dallas, located in Richardson, called Sushi Sake. Upon entering, you're hit with a sense of sophistication and vintage charm, which I really love. If you're in a larger group, there are also private rooms behind the screens. I've been there a few times, and each time I've mostly ordered sashimi, which is very fresh and tasty. 😍BUT, the service for sashimi is really, really slow. The first time we went was on a weekday Thursday to avoid the queue, arriving just as they opened and being seated among the first customers. However, it took about forty minutes from ordering to actually receiving our dishes. We had finished a drink in that time, which is quite slow compared to other Japanese restaurants. Later, the waiter told us that on Fridays and Saturdays, the service could be even slower, sometimes taking over an hour. To be honest, I find this pace hard to accept. Comparatively, I prefer Masami in Richardson, which offers better value for money. The sashimi is equally fresh, the sushi chefs are Japanese, and the wait isn't too long. #Dallas #DallasLife #DallasCuisine #DallasExplore #AroundDallas
