☑️On my first day of work, my supervisor insisted on taking me out for lunch. When asked what I fancied, I thought for a moment and said, “How about Asian food?” My supervisor immediately recalled a great Thai restaurant nearby—Best Thai Signature in Addison. 🌟Well, the entrance of this place is so inconspicuous that I would have completely overlooked it had I not been brought here by someone. Once inside, I found that it was almost fully booked at noon, with many people from nearby companies coming here for lunch. It was quite busy. ⭐️Both my supervisor and I ended up ordering PAD KEE MOW, the Thai stir-fried rice noodles (I chose chicken). I usually try this dish first when I visit a Thai restaurant, as it pretty much reflects the quality of the place. 💯After a relatively long wait, the dish finally arrived, steaming hot and clearly freshly stir-fried. The taste was... incredibly amazing! The seasoning was nothing short of perfect. The chicken was tender and well-flavored, the rice noodles were not sticky and perfectly seasoned.
