Dallas Bakery and Coffee Shop La Casita Opens in a Bookstore

🌄What could be more appealing than a bakery and coffee shop located inside a bookstore? Half priced books is a chain of discount bookstores that has been in business for over 50 years. I've visited two of their stores before, which were filled with a great variety of items. However, I recently discovered that they have a flagship store in downtown Dallas, which is their oldest store, having been open for over 50 years. 🏖️The flagship store is truly something special—it's enormous, and the interior decoration has a strong vintage vibe, as if you've stepped into the oldest library in a school. There are also many interesting vintage home furnishings and more. It's conveniently located near the NorthPark Center, one of the best shopping malls in Dallas. ❗️The most exciting news is that La Casita, a very popular Dallas bakery, has now set up shop inside this flagship bookstore. La Casita is well-known, with its main store located in Richardson. They specialize in brunch, which is often fully booked, but they close at 3:00 p.m. every day. Their baked goods, such as croissants and muffins, are only available on weekends, which is not very convenient for someone like me who likes to sleep in on weekends. 🛥️Now that La Casita has moved into the bookstore, I can enjoy their baked goods on weekdays.
