Dallas BBQ: Won BBQ❤️ BBQ, Cold Noodles, Spicy Chicken Wings
This was my second visit to this Korean BBQ place, and this time we had a bigger group. Besides the BBQ set, we also ordered some side dishes, which turned out to be really delicious as well! ❤️❤️❤️ Cold Noodles This is the best Korean-style cold noodles I’ve had in Dallas! The ingredients are super fresh, especially the broth, which has a slight tanginess, a bit of saltiness, and a touch of sweetness—it’s so refreshing! The buckwheat noodles are smooth and don’t have that strong buckwheat flavor. If I weren’t eating meat, I could easily finish this entire bowl of noodles.🧀 ❤️❤️❤️ Spicy Chicken Wings Their spicy chicken wings are quite unique, with a sweet and spicy flavor. The sweetness is mild, but the spiciness is quite strong. The seasoning on top is abundant and very flavorful. The wings are perfectly crispy and have a distinctive taste. ❤️❤️❤️ Yongdu Beef This dish was just okay. For yongdu beef, I think the meat should be a bit more tender. However, the overall seasoning is pretty good. ❤️❤️❤️ Pork and Beef Set, B—Pork Cheek I originally wanted to order the all-beef set, but one of my friends highly recommended the pork cheek, so we went with this set. It was my first time trying pork cheek, and I always thought this part of the meat would be tough. #NorthAmericanLife #DallasFood #DallasDining #FamilyBBQ #DallasBBQ #KoreanBBQ #DallasKoreanCuisine
