Dallas BBQ Review: Hutchins
👍It's simply stunning! I've had many different types of barbecue, from Turkish to Brazilian and Korean, but the only place that can truly cook meat to be so juicy yet not greasy is Hutchins' Texas-style BBQ.🤩 👍We ordered about four types of meat: pork ribs, brisket, cheese-stuffed sausage, and one with jalapeños inside. They were all so delicious! The beef brisket is a must-try, and it's best enjoyed with their homemade BBQ sauce. I personally believe that only with this sauce can the full flavor of the meat be brought out. The pork ribs are similar to regular BBQ ribs with a sweet and sour taste, but the sauce here is not overly applied, allowing the natural aroma of the meat to shine through.🤩 👍You definitely have to try these two sausages. The cheese-stuffed one is amazing; when you bite into it, your mouth is filled with a burst of flavors and juices. The jalapeño sausage has a mild level of spiciness, so you can enjoy it without worrying about it being too hot. The acidity of the jalapeños perfectly balances the meat's fattiness, making it not greasy at all. 👍If you're visiting for the first time, you don't need to order too much—just the right amount will do. The pickles and onions are free, while other sides cost $3.99 per serving. The desserts and ice cream are also good, but after eating all that meat, you really won't have any room left!🤗 #Dallas BBQ #Texas BBQ #Dallas #BBQ #American Student Life #American Food #Texas Cuisine
