Dallas Boba Tea and Flavor of Asia
✅ Texas-Style Roast Chicken: This is a repeat purchase, and it’s incredibly flavorful. The chicken is very tender and crispy. The taste is almost identical to the roasted chicken from a deli near my grandmother’s house when I was a child. It’s that good!👍👍👍 ✅ Sauerkraut Lamb and Glass Noodle Hot Pot: Another repeat order. We prefer the kind of sauerkraut that isn’t too pungent and is quite fresh. The vegetables are still very crisp when you eat them. ✅ Sour and Spicy Shredded Potatoes: This is one of the best versions of shredded potatoes I’ve had in Dallas. They are very crispy, perfectly seasoned, and almost free of MSG. They are handled in a way that makes them dry and non-greasy. Plus, the portion size is huge—one serving is equivalent to two servings at other places, and it only costs $10. ✅ Shrimp with Scrambled Eggs: This was my first time trying this dish. The last time I had something similar, it was Cashew Shrimp, which was also very delicious. The shrimp are very bouncy and crispy, surprisingly good. They remind me of the crystal shrimp I used to have back home. It’s been a while since I’ve tasted shrimp with this kind of texture here. If you dine in, they automatically add a 15% gratuity, but you get a 5% discount in cash. ⭐️I think this system works well. It saves you the trouble of figuring things out. The service is quite minimal because there’s only one chef, one person to clear the dishes, and a pair of sisters who take orders and serve the food. It’s very streamlined. ✨But because the prices are so reasonable—five dishes usually come to about $90, and four dishes are around $80—and because my dining partner and I always leave feeling full, with almost half of each dish still left to take home, it’s a great deal. #DailyFoodShare #DallasFoodie #DallasExploration #Dallas #FoodBlogger
