Dallas Brunch Exploration | 🇮🇹 Terra at Eataly

🦞I was planning to indulge in a brunch buffet, but upon arrival, I discovered that they’re currently offering a winter limited menu (even though it’s already spring in Dallas...). However, it was still delicious, as I’ve never had a bad experience at Eataly. 🍢The winter menu features many polenta options. I ordered the brunch polenta with two large Italian sausages. The sausages were flavorful but not overly salty, and the polenta was topped with mushrooms—very satisfying and rich in flavor. 🍝The Pork Shank was enormous, served with a tangy-sweet sauce that added a lot of depth without being too heavy. The Tiramisu Pancake was also delicious, with the espresso syrup being the perfect finishing touch. 🐟Their main dishes are primarily grilled. The table next to us ordered a large platter of roasted vegetables that kept smoking as they ate, adding a real rustic charm. When it came time to pay, I noticed a gelato cart that brings the dessert right to your table. It’s a generous portion—I definitely want to try it next time!
